Try the following, they are all very good. Unfortunately, as always,
each has slightly different aims and hence coverage, no one book does
EMC for Product Designers by Tim Williams
Digital Design for Interference Specifications by Terrell and Keenan
Electromagnetic Compatibility by David Weston (this one has a
High Frequency Measurements and Noise in Electronic Circuits by
Douglas Smith (this one has a measurement bias)
There is one other book that is very good, even though it does not
have anything on PCBs. It was published in 1971, so is probably well
out of print now. However, I found a used one, so look around.
Practical Design for Electromagnetic Compatibility by Rocco Ficchi.
The other recommended books by Henry Ott and Johnson are also good.
