Go grab the Amrai or Keil toolchains from www.amrai.com or www.keil.com
(or even IAR at www.iar.com) since they all come with debuggers that have
a simulator[1]. Windows only for Amrai and Keil.
[1] At least I seem to recall they do, check me on this.
