I have an RCA Radiotron; if someone needs, i would be glad to scan up
to about a dozen pages at 200DPI in GIF (most compact) and send the set
of scans (PDF and ZIP makes it larger).
Any specified page or part (like a graph) i would be then glad to scan
at higher (specify) resolution.
