save your model as a .mod file
open a new project, selecting analogue or mixed A/D
File ... new ... PSPICE Library
model ... import ... then open your model.
tools ... options ... tick "always create part when saving model"
save the model.
To place part, open dialogue as normal and import your custom library.
then place away.
node names will be as listed in your model
