http://www.futaba.com/display.modules/index.html doesn't show them,
but they have a Contact button to ask them a question. They make mostly
custom displays, so it may be a proprietary IBM part with their
production number on it. In that case you will have to find someone who
repairs IBM cash registers and try to talk them out of a schematic.
