That's exactly the wrong response. I've been telling you
repeatedly to do things like this (I'd have suggested
diabetes testing too from the description alone, but Jeff
beat me to it) if for no other reason to eliminate the
possibility of "normal" explanations for that particular
physical symptom. My wife's borderline diabetic, you see,
and we watch for such things.
Consider; is there a family history of diabetes? The
tendency does indeed run in families, and you might or might
not have inherited it, or your dietary habits may have
induced it (my wife was adopted and we don't have a family
health history, so that makes us extra wary). If it is
necrosis, it can be fatal if not treated. Please don't die
because you don't want to go to a doctor. For that matter,
you don't even have to trust a doctor; I picked up a
blood-sugar monitor at a yard sale for my wife, and we use
it regularly. You might do the same.
If you don't want to go that far (it does involve a tiny
blood draw) at least regulate your diet; find a "Diabetes
for dummies" book and get your diet straightened out.
Again, I'm thinking like an engineer; don't assume a
specific cause, rather entertain all possibilities, and
eliminate them as you can by testing, not by assumption.
If you choose to class me with the "fools", so be it.
BTW for some reason the pictures won't come up on my
server, which is irritating as all hell. Here you went to
the trouble to post what evidence you can, and I can't see
what you're describing to offer any further help.
