Your pictures do not prove anything other than you have tin foil on
your walls, plaster on an already platered ceiling, and necrotic skin
which COULD be diabetes related or not. Either way, have you ever
considered directly confronting your neighbors about their alleged
activities? If you could prove 1/10 of what you claim, law
enforcement would have no options but to help you. That they did not
only lends support to my own opinion that you are a delusional
