In France, Radiospares (www.radiospares.fr) has HM628511HJP15 for 9.12
Euros/piece, VAT excluded.
It's access time is 15ns. They also have in catalog (but out of stock),
HM628512CLTT5SL for the same price, with access time of 55ns and 5 times lower
For export, their minimum order is 150 Euros VAT excluded.
They make part of the group RS Components so you may be able to locate a better
suited branch, via http://www.rs-components.com/
