Mike, How is this the truth? First of all I asked you how your
inverter can be similar to LED if your technology requires higher
voltage. Maybe I am wrong but all I did was ask you.
Here is the last email that was sent to me: Did I respond back? I
think not. I was curious and just asked you a few questions...in which
you became very irritated and defensive.
Like I said, I am happy to discuss the product, the technology, the
business or anything like that with anyone.
However, I do not engage in email games of one-upmanship. I have my
email address prominently displayed on virtually every post I make -
therefore I have nothing to hide. Given this, I do not see the point
your "uncovering" of information that is already known to me, as well
tens of thousands of others who know how to use a search button. I am
not impressed, I am not intimidated, and I am not amazed at your
As I said, I am busy and have many things to do, and therefore do not
have time or inclination to engage in this sort of thing.
So, as I said, please do not email me further. I do not wish to
emails from you - and you are using your employers resources to engage
in this. Since I have asked you not to email me further, you have
several more emails. This is harassment. Please stop, or I will be
forced to take further action on this matter. Just drop it now, and
there is no problem.
Did I email you further? I think not. If you didn't want to have a
discussion, than fine.....Are you the one still continuing with this?
Yes I posted on a public usenet....isn't that what they are used for?

Explain to me how this is a crime? Or classified as harrasment
Also look at Jim's post.....it was stated that he might have known you
when he said what he said.....no big deal I asked him one question and
never emailed him again....Matter of fact I stopped emailing you as
well after you became very defensive. That ok with me. I am speaking
to an engineer at an edu and he is happy to share his knowledge of
technogogy and electronics....that was all my email was about.

If you will look, this post was made long before I emailed you. So
obviously I did stop emailing you, because the last email is the one I
posted above by you. I would like to discuss things with you and I
tried but you classified it as harrassment. So how do you figure you
would be happy to talk over the phone? If i harrassed you....than why
did I assist you in telling you that there were a few people trying to
do a knock off on your website.....when I tried to discuss the patent
issue that you were going through ...you got mad. Read the
emails.....how is that harrassment?

Look at the time stamp on the email and usenet.....You are obviously

Just interested in learning new things and technology and wanted to
have a discussion

It's Saturday night at 11:04 pm and I just accessed my corporate
email....does that mean I am at the office? Technolgy is cool it lets
you access areas from home
>If I get nowhere with that,
> I'll get a restraining order and just let his employer know it's in
You must be a little bit of a paranoid psycho!! Get the restraining
order. You say I am on the edge? WOW!!! Look in the mirror. But before
you do look at the time stamp on all your messages!
>I really hate to come across as a jerk but I have a business to

Fight? I asked you a few questions ...you became defensive. I made
that clear that all i wanted to do was ask you questions. After you
became defensive and on the edge. I sent you some
information....telling you people were trying to do a knockoff on your
website as well as tried to lower your defensiveness by changing the
subject and talked about who was trying to thwart your business from
patent issues. How is that a fight? I just read the emails after I
read this and was blown away that you took it as a fight.
> I know there is more to this story - he has some beef with me or our
> company but I can't figure out what it is.
How so? I don't even know you. Like I clearly stated ...I was
interested in your product and technology and had some questions. I
know LED require low voltage and have low draw...if thats the proper
terminology. I did some LED work on my motorcyce and had to do the
resistor thing. So when I read that your product used as much as LED I
was skepticle so I researched the technology before I BOTHERED YOU
with my questions. Do you get like this with all your potential
customers? The last thing I wanted was a 65volt current shorting out
my bike, so I asked you about your technology. (ie power transformer
>Oh well... I told him to
> stop, and he refused. We reap what we sow.
Hate to repeat myself but LOOOK at the TIMESTAMP on the messages here
and on your email? The last email I received was from you and you
asked me to stop contacting you? The only thing I assume is, if and
when I am ready to buy for my bike (before spring) I will have to do
it through the UK?
