The channels scroll by? So you have an add and below that there is a 'ticker' witht the channel
If thats the case, then you could probably sync on the first line of cahracter video, and use the
character spacing to determine the start of a 3 line listing, and have it decoded and stored in a
memory (not a FIFO). from there you can shift it out and into a video encoder. not the cheapest
solution. The probelm is you have to store mutiple lines of video. Have a look at the AD7185. I have
an idea the would use a dsp and do it digitally, but I'm not sure you'd want to do it that way. But
then, youd need memory to store the video information.
