Going further back, Zverev gives tables of "linear phase with
back in 1967. There is a contributed Matlab file around which
(amongst others) linear phase, linear phase with 0.05 deg and 0.5 deg
The self-extracting zip file is called filt_rlc.exe, probably on the
site. I don't know if it will run under one of the free Matlab clones.
