The info you're after is on pages 7 and 8 of the Philips family specs
Note the dramatic difference between the typical vs minimum current
capability. On a 10V rail, probably driven at 10V the P channel device
like 150 ohms, the N channel 110 ohms, and both can typically get up
when driving a low R load.
