I assume you are trying to extract the DC component of the wave, but
an integrator will not do this. A low pass filter may work better.
You can produce up to a 3 pole low pass filter (with a real pole and a
complex conjugate pair of poles) with a single opamp and a few
resistors and capacitors. You have lots of choices as to the
amplitude and phase response of this filter, from sharp frequency cut
off (Chebyshev response) to phase liner, over damped (Bessel
response), and anything in between.
Perhaps if you told us the purpose of the resultant signal, we could
give better advice.
