going on without bothering.
Does the FCC operate a cellphone tower disguised as
a church steeple?
This creates interesting epidemiological problems: IF
(and I say IF), base station radiation is damaging
to the health, there will be no way to associate
a spread of sickness with the towers!
Clever. Too bad the cigarette makers didn't think of
disguising tobacco as food . . ..
