Mr Fields is a classic example, you must be blind not to see that -

My wife is a speech pathologist and works a lot with autistic kids,
ranging from mild Asperger cases to severe full-blown autism. She does
think that a lot of engineers and programmers are borderline; notably
Bill. Autistics are often talented sociopaths.
