The Islamic religion strips people of individuality and demands that the
believe what ever they do in the name of ALLAH is allright.
The truth is simple. With Islamic governments and in dealing with hard core
Muslims, there is only one thing that works. A base ball bat- a 2X4 or a
cruise missile. These people don't listen to logic and they have no desire
to live in harmony.
So- in my opinion- the only way to keep them in check is beat them regularly
on the head and make sure they remember who is the boss. You can never
repair these people. You cannot make them democratic (show me one
democratic Muslim country?).
The ardent, almost crazy, and single minded Muslims wont go away; they will
constantly be a pain in the ass for all non Muslims and the 'easy-going'
majority of the other Muslims. Look at INDIA- the Hindus have suffered for
a long time. Look at southern (former) USSR. Same story.
The rest of the non-Muslim world should set aside money, time to deal with
the Islamic world on a regular basis. Every couple of years- one or the
other Islamic governments should be kicked in the ass. Don't try to justify
it and present it as some and morally right thing to do. It is the
necessary thing to do.
As far as BUSH or BLAIR - it does not matter. BUSH is moron; BLAIR is eager
to please BUSH and the AMERICAN people. The BRITS have no balls to go alone
and have an opinion. Bush tried to "JUSTIFY" something that we all have to
do out of necessity. It is no use discussing how he did it. He is just a
clumsy fellow. I liked the Clinton approach of going and bombing every
This war is never over. I think the American army should get out of Iraq.
And there is no way Iraqis will be democratic. In a few days- weeks- or
months- another dictator will surface and start "ruling". So in a couple of
years - go and bomb again!!
If situation is not ripe in Iraq- bomb Syria- or Iran- or Libya- or
Pakistan- or ... or .... YOU GET MY POINT!
