- Must hold a Government of Canada "Enhanced Reliability" security clearance
- Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements and functional design
activities related to Oracle Order Management and Inventory implementations,
including participating in business transformation activities, performing
fit-gap analysis and developing specifications
- Demonstrated experience in configuration, design and implementation of
Oracle 11i Order Management and Inventory
- Demonstrated experience working with other related Oracle 11i Financial
applications (workflow, Receivables and iPayment)
- Experience with government financial and administrative practices and
initiatives
- Training in the applicable Oracle Release 11i Order Management, Inventory
and receivables modules
- Successful completion of similar assignments/projects
Responsibilities:

- Confirm the business requirements for Order Management and Inventory
- Participate in working sessions with business representatives to review
and finalize opportunities for business transformation
- Participate in design workshops with business representatives
- Confirm the detailed configuration and design of the Order Management and
Inventory functionality and it's impact on Receivables, reporting and other
points of integration
- Liaise with other BIRM Oracle 11i team members to communicate requirements
as well as related design and configuration solutions, to ensure alignment
with other Oracle 11i modules
- Identify and assist in preparing detailed requirements, design,
configuration, training and conversion documentation as identified in the
BIRM Oracle 11i Project Plan
- Assist in the completion of Order Management and Inventory implementation
activities as identified on the BIRM Oracle 11i project plan
- Provide weekly project updates to the Chief
