Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership to three systems officers and technology students
- Review the current procurement process and ensure that equipment and
software procurement does not cause delays in the ongoing project
- Review Help Desk procedures and performance metrics
- Develop a reporting system to measure performance
- Develop and implement a "How To" solution for Technology Services staff to
effectively resolve Help Desk issues
- Review the new nightly process documentation and provide written comments
- Review the current status of the ITIL database and complete the Asset
Management component of the database
- Develop a change management process for the Technology Services unit
- Work with Technology Services staff and Finance management to complete
Trust Reporting reports and obtain Finance management approvals
- Work with various program areas to create and implement a simple process
for moves, adds and changes for staff access to the technology systems
- Contribute to the Business Continuity Plan by researching and preparing
relevant materials related to the Technology portion of the Plan
