- 10 - 15 years Human Resource/Time experience
- Experience developing HR/Time products, including payroll, time
evaluation, payroll processes, payroll posting, and time schema
- Experience with collective agreements and city policies
- Ability to monitor progress of projects and formulate progress reports to
distribute to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time/resource
management skills, influence skills, interpersonal skills, and
organizational skills
- Experience in configuring CATS (cross application time sheet)
- Understanding of Plant Maintenance applications as it applies to time
management, payroll collective agreements
Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain project management activities associated with
assigned tasks
- Be responsible for ensuring all key deliverables of project are
effectively implemented
- Be able to independently manage and influence multiple tasks
simultaneously
- Ensure all quality requirements are met, including facilitating design,
code, and Methodology documentation reviews and testing activities
- Provide configuration as required for changes to collective agreements and
city policies
- Configure post payroll processes, payroll posting and third party
remittance
- Troubleshoot problems with time schema, and make necessary modifications
to schema to resolve the problems
- Provide configuration of Personnel Administration
- Provide training for new and existing configuration, for end users in HR
- Ensure work is assigned to an appropriately skilled resource
- Provide support for HR payroll and time evaluation
- Manage and motivate personnel
