*Responds to merchants daily inquiries in a timely fashion as
required by departmental Service Level Agreements. * Responds to
voice mail and e-mail the same business day of receipt.*Resolve
inquiries in a thorough and timely fashion as required by
departmental Service Level Agreements.*Partner with Account
Manager to ensure that the customers needs and expectations are
met.*Provides a progress report adhering to management determined
format and timeframes. I.e. Research Daily Performance
Sheet*Assist with Merchant Wire reconciliation as
needed.*Prepares, submits and follows up on merchant maintenance
requests. i.e. address changes, pricing changes, T&E Card
Acceptance, DDA/Routing changes etc.*Research Interchange
qualification downgrades to determine reasons for
downgrades.*Responsible for communicating to Account Managers any
situations identified during the research process affecting the
merchants Billing, Funding Chargebacks, Products, Reporting or
overall customer service.*Responsible for communication with
customer regarding any delays or errors affecting file processing
or funding.*Research Merchant Chargeback Rebuttals.*Process
Merchant Electronic Fund Transfer (EET).*Process Supply
orders.*Assists Merchant with deposit reconciliation
issues.*Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

*Must be dependable and maintain a positive attitude.*High School
Diploma or equivalent required.*Windows/PC experience
required.*Must have good organizational and time-management
skills.*Previous bankcard experience preferred.*Pervious customer
service experience required*Strong communication skills (written
and oral) required.*Ability to work in team driven environment
yet able to work independently to meet daily
expectations.*Ability to follow all company policies and
procedures, as well as internal departmental
procedures.*Willingness to take ownership for own work.*Ability
to multitask in a fast pace environment
