Citibanking Technology Solutions Group (CTSG) provides the
Citibanking North America (CBNA) business with the systems,
infrastructure and related technologies to deliver the highest
quality service to our clients. Our people are top-tier and
motivated to be the first and the best in providing Technology
Solutions. CTSG is comprised of systems development and testing,
data center operations and technical ATM services. Our
development and support responsibilities include the advanced and
evolving client server systems and the mainframe systems that
process large transaction volumes each year. They encompass
applications such as the bank's posting and other financial
systems, high-speed authorization systems, investment systems,
decision support systems, online consumer and business banking
system, and branch automation technology. We also provide
technical and operational support for the day-to-day operations
of Citibank's check processing facility as well as hardware,
technology, and field service support for CBNA's Financial
Centers and ATMs. The Technical Support Analyst will resolve
system related problems on several operating systems. The
environment consists of Unisys Clearpath mainframes and
transports, Window and Unix servers and workstations. The
Analyst is responsible for the installation and maintenance of
communications hardware and mainframe, windows and UNIX systems
and environmental software. Successful candidates will possess
3+ years experience in Technical Support with Windows NT/2000.
Other experience should include: Unix (Sun/Solaris), Unisys large
systems, Networking; Bachelor's degree in computer
science/related area or equivalent experience; Team player with
strong customer service and problem solving skills. Candidates
must be authorized to work in the U.S. and relocation is not
