Uh, that wasn't QUITE what the finding was, as I recall it. It's
certainly the spin that Democrats want to give it, though. The
finding I recall was something along the lines of "there is evidence
of wrongdoing, but insufficient evidence to warrant prosecution".
That's just a LITTLE different from "no evidence".
