Michael Aquino, a satanist who refers to himself as the Anti-Christ, filed a lawsuit against Christopher Alan, CEO of Electriciti, an internet company located in San Diego. The name of the case is Electriciti v. Aquino. Cite as 957 F.2d 139(4th Cir. 1992} The crux of the legal argument was whether Electriciti, Inc., should disclose the name of an anonymous party, "Curio," to Lt. Col. Aquino when she began posting documents about his discharge from the military after a famous child abuse investigation. These people were John M. Price, Nancy Alvarado, Leslie Packer and several others. It was later discovered that John Price was affiliated with satanist Lt. Col. Aquino. It also became clear that these people were attempting to do harm to "Curio" who changed her pseudonym to "Karen Jones." This case was unique and extremely important because if it had been successfully prosecuted it would have been used as case law, making any therapist treating clients suffering from {SRA} potentially guilty of a federal offense. Karen Jones created a web page with multiple citations of satanic ritual abuse prosecutions and other information. She then proceeded to create a web page documenting his frivolous threats; he then quit threatening. The police then faxed the report to a woman, Michelle Devereaux/satanist, who posed as a private investigator, and then the summary was posted to alt.satanism. Mr. Alan did not have to lie. If I had known that Lt. Col. Aquino knew my name I would have made arrangements to protect myself at that time since he was a well-known psychological operative in military intelligence linked to many dangerous cases of clandestine activity against multiple parties. Apparently it took some time to confirm my identity and to set-up an abuse scenario for me.
