You may want to rethink that.
The hijackers are dead, yes. But, they had friends and other person being
trained for possibly the same duty. ("No piece of evidence is so small that
we can afford to overlook it.", Lora Wells, special investigator of
Oklahoma City Bombing.) Let us say it was a picture of a simulator, (I did
not see the photo myself, this is all hypothetical.) 1) What if it is not
one of the simulators known to have been used by the hijackers? Then we
need to find out where it is and who owns it. 2)What if it is a picture of
a cockpit? I will attest to the fact all cockpits, no matter how similar,
are all different. A friend of mine does maintenance work on jumbo jets
here in Kansas City, she has been in more of them than she can count, and
she is sitting right next to me telling me, 'that no matter if all the
models come off the line looking like carbine copies, within six months all
of them will have had a panel, light array, or ( most common) a chair repair
making them noticeable as having a difference.' That being the case, if it
is a picture of a cockpit, we might do well to look into it a little more
and find out what plan the cockpit matches up to. And, check to see if any
of the sittings match something other than what was attacked, and if so,
what might those setting lead us to?
Again, even with all the hijackers dead, any piece of evidence might lead us
to the next bunch and what plans they have and if we are lucky, who is
You have not been forgotten.
