The *legal* system doesn't have to show that killing is a crime.
The *judiciary* system has already shown it be a crime.
If you ever come across a state constitution, they all say:
*HOMOCIDE* is a crime.
The reason that state consitutions say that is because
it is well known that Federal constitutional lawyers are MORONS.
