In fact it does. Until the trial all that we know is something
happened under suspicious circumstances.
For example we had a scare in the village I live in when a
scholl teacher reported a car driver dragging a screaming
child into a car and driving away. She took the number
and the police sent out immediate calls to stop the vehicle.
Obviously a crime right ?
Well no actually, the kid had fallen and cut her leg on
a broken bottle and the driver was her father who was traced
at the local A&E unit were his daughter was getting her
