You just missed some rebates on Netgear equip. Ebay is your best bet.
You're not likely to find .11g as that's what's hot right now, most people
are buying .11g, not selling it. You should be able to find .11b stuff very
easily as that is the first wireless technology.
If you're only needing this for internet connectivity then .11b should be
fine, if you are going to be doing large local network file transfers then
.11g would be the way to go. Cox.net's fastest speed isn't even 0.5mbit/sec,
even at the fringe of connectivity distance wise the slowest speed .11b runs
at is 1mbit/sec. In a residential situation assuming an average size house
you'll probably connect at 5 or 11mbit/sec.
